To confirm receipt of the deposit, log in with your KU Online ID to Enroll & Pay at https://sa.ku.edu. If you have recently been admitted, you have an extension in paying the deposit. The deadline for you to pay the deposit is provided on an insert with your admit letter. If the deposit is not paid by the given date, your admission will be canceled the following day. International and transfer students are not required to pay the enrollment deposit . |

To Pay the Enrollment Deposit (New Freshmen Only) The following are step-by-step instructions to pay the $200 nonrefundable enrollment deposit. If you would like to print a document that includes screen shots:
Click the “Make Payment” link in the mid-section of the page (underneath the student name). Enter the Payment Amount (cannot exceed Amount Due) and select a Payment Method. Click on the “Continue” button to proceed. Enter the required information (profile name is not required) and click the “Continue” button. The website will display the Technology Fee Amount for users paying by Credit Card for your approval. Follow the website instructions to proceed. At the end of the transaction, you will be provided a Receipt and Confirmation Number. This transaction will post to your account within the next half hour. |
