The passion of Jayhawk Nation; From the administrators, to the faculty, on down to the students, Jayhawks bleed crimson and blue. You can feel their passion for learning and for fun just by walking on our beautiful campus.

Favorite Thing About Lawrence:
All of the cool stuff that's going on at any given time. The University and the town really care about each other, and half the time there's bound to be something going on on Massachusetts Street, even if you don't know for sure if something is scheduled.

People Would Be Surprised to Know That:
I actually am from Sacramento, CA and am the first person in my family to attend to KU (my little brother is second!)

Favorite Tradition at KU:
... would definitely have to be home basketball game introductions, with the students holding up the newspaper for the road team, and slinging home-made confetti for the Jayhawks, it's one of the coolest things I've ever seen in person.
