When will it be?
The Class of 2008 Multicultural Senior day will be held on Monday November 19, 2007.
Who should attend?
Any high school senior with an interest in multicultural resources and opportunities and their families should attend.
If you need more information about KU or haven't had the chance to visit campus, take this opportunity to see
what KU can offer you.
Why come to Multicultural Senior Day?
You'll get all the benefits of a senior day plus information about support services, student organizations, campus offices,
and other multicultural resources.
This is a great opportunity to learn how KU can support you as a student and
help you succeed. High school seniors who cannot
attend this Senior Day are encouraged to attend another
Senior Day program. There is a small fee and online preregistration is required. All seniors must register
separately. All registrations are accepted on a space-available basis.
What will I do during my visit?
This day is similar to an All Majors Senior Day, with an emphasis in multicultural resources.
On Senior Days, we show high school seniors what our academic programs and majors have to offer.
Each Senior Day program includes academic/support services information sessions provided by University
staff and faculty members, a student panel, lunch at Mrs. E's Dining Hall, a campus tour and a tour of a
residence hall. The All Majors Days also have a faculty/staff panel and an opportunity to learn about the
multicultural organizations and services available to students.
